Tab To Next Empty Cell For Data

I have a form with text and empty cells to enter data.
Is there a way to fix the tab to go to the next data cell and skip all the cells that I've written text?

    EXample:

CELLS A1, A2 HAVE TEXT, A3 ENTER DATA
CELLS C1,C2,C3,C4 HAVE TEXT, C5 ENTER DATA

Is there a method to set so I can tab directly to C5 from A3?

One way is to use Protection

Click on the first cell you want to be able to tab to.
Hold down the Ctrl key and click on all the other cells you want to tab to.
Let go of the Ctrl key
With all of the cells you selected still highlighted click on Format > Cells
Choose the Protection Tab and remove the check mark from Locked
Click OK to close the Format Cells window
Now click on Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet
You can enter a password or just choose OK

Now you can tab directly from one unlocked cell to the next and keep rotating through them

To make changes to any other cell you'll have to Unprotect the sheet first by choosing Tools > Protection > Unprotect Sheet
