I need to add two trend lines , a six-month average no show ate, and other one that reflects goals of <8%%.

Hi,

You Provided six months so two options are relevant:

1. Average of the whole period, six months, which is 11%.

2. Avergae that goes like this: In January it takes into account only January no show rate, in February it takes January and February etc.

In any case, is the attached chart is what you need?
