Error code 336

Hi,
Just join this forum .Hope I can get some advice on one problem I faced with a macro.An excel file written with macro for extracting palm db datas and exporting back to palm has this error code 336,"AciveX component not correctly register" everytime I run it. Is something missing in the registry ? or files that I need was not there ? My pc is running XP professional and loaded with office 2000 application. Kindly advice.

I would most likely say the activeX control you are using to obtain the Palm data is not functioning correctly.

Try re-registering it.

Hi,
I am not too sure what is meant by "re-registering" . I am using office 2000 applications in the company pc . These are control software so how do I do it ? Is there a way in office application that I can use ? I have tried reparing and re-installing but to no avail.
