    row number in a formula in Excel?

    How do I use a row number in a formula calculation in excel?
    For .e.g I want to have cell = 3/(current row number).

    Also is it possible to make row numbers start from 0?

    One way:

    =3/ROW()

    =3/ROW()

    First row is row 1. Of course you can use =3/(ROW()-1)
