Time Calculation between two dates with different times

For example
20/09/2016 18:23:51 =A1
21/09/2016 11:12:24 =B1
I want to calculate Tat time differnece. I didn't get plz any one help me

Just subtract one from the other, i.e.:

=B1-A1

but you must apply a custom format to the cell with the formula of:

[h]:mm:ss

The square brackets around the h stops Excel from rounding at 24-hours.
