Hi JPJ,
To send an Office documents as an attachment with Outlook Express or
Outlook, you need to configure your email account in the particular email
client.
In other words, if you are using Outlook Express as your email client, then
you need to configure your email account in Outlook Express.

Change it here
Start>Settings>Control Panel....Internet options (Program Tab)
Close Excel first before you make a change.
