Horizontal Scrollbar

Is there any way where I can use Mouse "roller" the center rollball to
scroll the Horizontal Scrollbar instead of using mouse to click and drag it

only thing I can think of is to click on the scrollwheelthis places an icon on the screen, then place the mouse curser to the left or right of the scroll icon

Depends on the mouse design. Recent ones from Microsoft have a tilt scroll
wheel for horizontal scroll. Others may have same feature. If your scroll
wheel does not tilt, then it does not.
