    formatting of split parts

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Could someone help please? How do I split the worksheet in half so that I can format (eg make wider cells) only the bottom part and leaving the top one intact?

    Your hlep would be abppreciated.

    Try

    goto the View menu Freeze Panes, there's a split option there that may be useful
