Sad But True - retirement dates

Please help - I have in column b1:b49 dates of births of my current employees. I can work out how old they are, BUT I need to work out when one will reach 65 (UK's opt. retirement age). Also need to flag when they turn 64. Any body out there to help - PLEASE
