Extreme help needed for a novice!!!

I am a electrical inspector, and I spend too much time using a pen to complete mt paperwork. I am sure that there is an easier way using excel, I just can't figure it out. I enter the same data on every application (for inspection) that I do...but frequently I need to print out a seperate report. I bet that there must be some way to repeat the data on a seperate sheet...I am just not sure.

I am so confused that I can't even frame a proper question...hopefully some one will have pity enough to baby sit me!

Is there a way to enter the data ONCE and have reports generated from this input.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi,

Do not worry ... we all started not knowing a lot ... !!!

    In the destination cell,
    type sign =
then go to the source cell
    once properly positionned
    press enter ...

    That's it ...
