Pivot table and data in many columns

Hi,

I have another question considering about Pivot-tables..

Is it possiple to create pivot-chart (or something else chart?) on data which are shown in attachment. I would like to create chart, which shows f.e.x codes in x-axis and sympoms are listed above.

The problem is: I don’t want 0-result to pivot-cart and chart must create without any combination of symptoms (f.e.x symptom A & B and Code Z01.8)

Does anyone have an idea, how to create thiskind of chart (see picture)?
