    simple purchase order

I'm trying to build a P O log and in turn create a Purchase Order.
I can type in a company name in a cell (=POlog!g4) and have it appear on the P O., but my formula is only good for one row or one P O number, say 100.
How can I enter another number 102?

Make your PO Log, move the processed line to another sheet and then the information on Line 4 for example always fills into your PO Form.

When I get home, 2 hours, I'll post a sample that has a macro to move the data

of course you can write a macro that adds one to each row number in all your cell references (=POlog!g4) to make it (=POlog!g5).

But i'll post a sample to move the data to a processed sheet

I placed a copy of a sample PR Form, PR database(excel), PO form and the wizard template that I used to create. The PR database has macros to move the stuff around. Larger that 100kb, total 363kb I posted at my web at

    Should help you out

    Thumbs up

That's some nice work on your templates.
Way more than I need so I'm gonna go with your other suggestion
and copy that formula in each row.
By the way the macros won't work on my PC
    Thank you
