stupid question...

I can record and manipulate a macro like a champ...

I'd like to go to the next level. However, I'm having a hard time understanding "dim" and other words that are posted in the begining of code... For example; I'd like to learn and understand iterations, loops etc...

Is there an online website that really dumbs down the explanations? Some sort of Dictionary perhaps?

I want to learn more, just not sure where to start with basic, simple, easy explainations.....
