cell searching in excel

Hello, i am new here, and need some help, so i hope you can help me.

I have a worksheet, which as 3 columes. They are titled Place, City, PostCode and in another cell i have them all together using:

Cell A10 = D3&" "&E3" "&F3

so i now need a way to search that cells contents and give me a list of matchs and close matches. So i need this search to look at A10:A100 and give me a dropdown list of near matches.

Is there a way please.
