Time problem

I'm trying to find out the time difference in the same day from a start and end time.

I have set the formats to hh:mm:ss.00
A1= 12:00:00.00
B1= 18:41:52.55

Formular in C1= B1-A1 yet I get #VALUE!

What am I doing wrong?
