Remove Rows With Same First Name

I want to remove rows with the same username (first name), leaving only one row with that username. Is there a way to do that?

If they're not duplicates, coming up with any kind of formula or code to determine what is a match and what isn't would be very tedious. Even if the first 10 characters matched, it wouldn't be good enough in any decent sized list of names (think: Williams, Peter; Williams, Phillip; Williams, Paul, etc.)

Unless you have some way to narrow down what constitutes a 'match', it will take us longer to code something accurately than it would for you to simply go down the row and delete the unnecessary entries.
