    Conditional Row display?

I have a lot of rows of data. the last column has numeric data. I need to do a couple of things:
    1. I need to display only the rows where the value in the last column is a selected value. (ie. display rows where column nn is 33), sorted alphabetcially by column A. It would be great if I could type in the number rather than select it.
    2. Display all rows sorted alphabetcially by column A.

I have looked at grouping and pivot tables but not sure how to use them.
    Your help is appreciated.

    Irvin.

Have you tried using the Auto Filter option? Once the data has the filter applied, you can select a number in column NN, and only those rows with that number will show.

    That did it.

No. I hadn't. I looked it up in the help menu and it did the trick.
    Thanks.
