Exclamation Text and numbers at the same colum

As the topic says i´m having trouble getting numbers from one and colum and letters in another colum together. For example i need to get the following mixture in the same colum: m16 * 120...is this possible?

Are you trying to multiply cell M16 by 120 or do you literally want the string "m16 * 120" to appear in the cell? If so, where are the separate strings located?
Where there is a will there are many ways.

I want it to appear in the same colum like m16 * 120. I want some type of function to use so that i can connect those to individual colums m16 and 120.

At my work i got one list with different dimensions at tools, for example Dim 12,14,16 etc. I ALSO got one list with different length at the tools for example 50-300mm. I now want one list.
Therefore i would like to connect for example Dim 12 with 120mm in one seperate colum like this: Dim 12 * 120. Instead of having 2 different lists i now want one fully functional.

I can understand if u dont know what i´m talking about, i´ve been working with excel for 9 days and i´m swedich :P

    Ty for trying anyway

So if Dim 12 is in cell A2 and 12 is in B2, then enter =A2&" * "&B2 and copy down.

I hope this is what you meant.
