Duplicate Post >> Summing Up a column defined as Alpha Numeric

    Hi

There is an Excel Sheet, a column is defined as alpha numeric and it contains a numeric number or blanks. The number is in the middle of cell. i.e. It is not right or left justified.
I want to Sum the cells in the column. Is there a way of trimming and getting the sum.

    Thanks for the help

    Anu
