Completing Multiple Tasks at once

In my office 3 of us share access to a schedule file. We want to save this file as as htm file for internet viewing. When the format is chaged from xls to htm all sharing priviledges are lost. Is there a way to save the file as both an xls file and an htm file at the same time? The object is to have the htm file updated in real time.

You could try linking the HTML generation to one of the Excel event handlers such as Before_save or Sheet_change. record the HTML generation sequence into a macro and then insert this in sheet or workbook tab in the VBA editor as appropriate.
