    calculate months in which invoice will be generated

    Guys,

    How do I get my sheet to provide a cell that contains the correct months from the following info:

    No of invoices ( this cell contains the number 1,2,3,4,6,12) and is OK

    Month of 1st invoice ( this cell contains Jan, Feb, Mar etc ) and is OK

    Invoices to be created ( this cell needs to read Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec, etc depending on how many invoices) and I'm stuck

    Any ideas

    Increment my months

    Guys,

    Sorry about the confusing message, here what I'm trying to do:

    I'm trying to use excel to automate the contract renewal process here at work. I've set it up so that I can input data on the 1st worksheet and then the 2nd worksheet will printout a contract renewal using data entered or calculated on the 1st sheet. Each contract renewal lasts for 12 months ( different start dates throughout the year)
    On my first sheet i would like to :
    insert the number of invoices per year
    insert the 1st invoice date ( month only)
    calculate the value of each invoice
    calculate the months in which each invoice will be generated

    From this I would like to show the invoice values and months on sheet 2 on the printed sheet.

    Hope this clarifies things
