    printing large file

I have 2 xls files, the smaller one I printed sucessfully by selecting the contents which spanned only 4 columns [A-D], the 2nd much bigger file occupies 10 columns [A-J] and I can't get this to fit on 1 page not even in Landscape mode, is it possible for me to fit all columns in one page? If not, what would be next best thing please?

How does one know how many pages wide and how many tall to select form looking at their document? I tried 1 pages wide and 4 pages tall but I get a blank page?

You can leave either one blank; so 1 page wide by (blank) pages tall, and that part will be automatic.

Just for the knowledge, if I wanted to increase the size of the letters [or words] in the doc, how could I best do so while still having everything fit please?

    Pardon?

You can make them as large as you like, they will just be increasingly reduced to fit within the allocated area.
