    Copy/paste formula - validation

    Hi there,

I have a bunch of formulas saved in text format in one spreasheet so I can copy them over to a new spreadsheet when it needs to be set up.

When I paste in new spreadsheet i change the format to number. Then i have to go into each cell and click on the formula so it changes over to a value.

Is there a quicker way to do this?

    Thank you Quesa

    Try this instead.

Leave the formula cell format only > select range > press Ctrl + H > in the find box enter
    =
and in the replace box enter
    zz
    > copy formulas to new area then while selected > press Ctrl + H in the find box enter
    zz
and in the replace box enter
    =
    .
