The ranges are all different sizes and referencing different rows....is that right? Should they not all be within the same row group (i.e. all criteria within rows 1086 and 1753)?

I'm getting a value error
Check that there are no #VALUE! errors within any of those ranges referenced in the formula....
I get the error every time I add the second condition.
Then there must be something wrong with that range... are they formula results in that range....are you sure there are no errors?
Maybe you can attach a zipped Excel2003 or earlier copy of your workbook here and I can look at it for you.
