    Change cell color when out of set limits

    I am trying to update an old spreadsheet I use. When the number in the cell is out of spicified limits I would like it to change colors. I am using Excel 97

    Have a look at Format|Conditional Formatting..

    Cell Value is .... Between

    or ... Not Between

    etc..
