Size of Worksheet when printed

When you print the form, does it take up the entire page? If you set the page breaks or have the page setup to print x pages wide by y pages tall, these settings override your font size. You can compensate for this by choosing a larger font size.
If the form doesn't take up the entire page, try setting your print area to just the form and then adjust the page setup and/or page break settings.
