    % in PivotTable

Is it possible to get a percentage in a PivotTable?

My Database is set up as

Service Rep/Month/Scores out of a possible 7 points
    Joe/Feb/6
    Joe/Mar/6
    Joe/Mar/7
    Jane/Feb/6
    Jane/Feb/7
    Jane/Feb/5

I need to get the average score for each Service rep for each month and also convert the average scores into a percentages. I set up a PivotTable and was able to get the Average of Scores by changing the data field, field settings, but I am at a loss of how to get the % of those averages. I've have played with the options setting in the field settings, but nothing i chose worked. Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Thank you

    Good morning beets

I've found the easiest way to do this is insert a formula. In Excel 2000 this was really easy to find - just right click on the table and select formula. From Excel 2002 Microsoft decided to tuck it away where no-one could find it. Make sure your Pivot Table toolbar is visible, and click on the item PivotTable > Formulas > Calculated Field. You may build your formulae from here.
