    Users login to edit?

    is there any program or function out there that allows users to login on my web page to edit if they have proper perms

    i have figured out how to setup a xls, template withing a webpage

    but i would like to have a online editable xls, that is put in my sql , that only allow certain people to edit or modify

    I don't think you will do this with Excel

    Thanks for sharing. I have seen this before but it costs. Have you tried to see if you can use Google Spreadsheets?

    google spreadsheets

    yeh i seen that but what im looking for is something i can have on mysql server
    and that is easily editable, with google , i could use that or even many of the online spreadsheets , but you cant change there background colors , and i want to go with the theme of my web page

    apparently , its pretty hard to convert a spreadsheet to html and still have functionality
