Getting date range data from 1 or 2 sheets

This is the only place I can post? Tried last night and this morning to start a new thread under New Users and General, neither would let me?

I have a couple more formulas in my trip log that I can't work thru. On the yearly totals sheet rows 7, 9 & 11 are giving me trouble. They should gather data from the monthly sheets (from more than 1 sheet in many cases) and total it in reocurring time blocks. The date triggers should come from columns D, W, AF, AO, & AX in the monthly sheets.

With Row 7 the miles should tally from for example in C7 00:01Jan 4 to 23:59 Feb 3, D7 would go from 00:01 Feb 4 to 23:59 Mar 3 and so on across. Each guy has a differant mile date so I would have to manually set the first cell, it would be good if each cell after picked the date range up on its own. Cell B7 is there to maually enter a cary over from the previuos month/year. The miles to total should come from columns G, N, AA, AJ, AS & BB in the monthly sheets, not all of these rows will have data so a blank cell skip will be needed.

For the Pay Halves the dates should run in 2 week blocks, for example C9 should go from 00:01 Jan 6 to 23:59 Jan 19, D9 would then go from 00:01 Jan 20 to 23:59 Feb 2 and so on. I would have to manually set the first cell, it would be good if each cell after picked the date range up on its own. Cell B9 it there to manually enter in a carry forward amount from the previuos year. Cell O11 is the same idea. Data for these rows should come from columns I, P, AC, AL, AV & BD in the monthly sheets, not all of these rows will have data so a blank cell skip will be needed. Thanks.
