We have 20 numbers in a row-A-- 3 digit numbers---
Example:

what is the formula for counting all the numbers in ROW-A
And putting each number in ROW -B----How many 0s ? 1s? 2s? etc...
Remember there are 3 numbers each in ROW-A....
