How to convert Formula result into Text.

I have a problem with calculating / comparing figures which i got through some formula. For Example if i calculate ready Time for labor who works 8 or 12 hours according to their work specification. Ready time is based on their departure and arrival time but when i want to see how many drivers are available between specific time like 06:00 to 07:00. i can not do it...Please find out how to do it.

hi Kinkii,
there is a big difference between your thread title and what yopu are asking. Do you want to count the number of drivers available between two times ?

Hi Sir,

May be i could not describe properly but the thing i need to calculate is Ready Time for the Drivers. For your reference i have attached that file.
and why i said that i want to change Formula result into string because figure from where i want to calculate Rest hours that is driven from Formula.. thats y
