Greyed out VB, Macro, Active X, design mode, etc. in Excel 2007

I've been getting started on learning to use some of these features at work. On my computer at home here, with Excel 2007, I can't seem to access any of those features... I know this is going to be one of those "DUH" answers, but I really can't find anything in the options that I may have disabled these options with.

    Help?

    Really

I'm not retarded, I just don't get why this won't work, a little help please? Even a random offhand idea?

I've gone through every tutorial on excel i could find, and every forum I could find, and all they say is "Enable macros and activeX". I've done that. I still can't use them.

Assuming you have been through the Trust center settings one other thing to check is that the VBA part has been installed.

What does the About box say in VBE > Help > About

Also you could try Detect and repair
