WorkSheet Issue

Hi Champs,
I have one Excel workbook say Book1, this contains three sheet1,sheet2,sheet3. I want when I open that workbook Only first sheet should display at bottom and that should opened automatically. When I enter username then the others(sheet2,sheet3) should be displayed.
Can anyhelp me please. I m very new in Excel.
