    Formula & Index randomisation

    Hi guys,

Im having a few problems with this roster I am creating. These problems are:

    1. Every time I press enter or fill down the names randomise (Information!) can I limit this to only changing if I press say the F9 key?

    2. Is there a easier way to write the formula in Roster! so I dont have change the name "Yasmina" as I fill the formula down?

    3. How do I change the formula highlighted in yellow (Information!) so It doesnt include the people who have already been used, also not sure why it only list these three and not Lauren, Leonie, Deanna and Terence?

Thankyou in advance for your time

    1) Click on TOOLS > OPTIONS > Calculation
Put a checkmark in Calculation - Manual

This turns it all off, you'll have to press F9 anytime you want anything to update.

    2) 3) You'll have to post a worksheet so we can see what you're talking about.
