    non vb metho

If you want a relatively quick non VB method.

Insert column (or use end column), number each row (autofill), copy all numbers twice below data. eg:

    1 data
    2 data
    3 data
    4 data
    1
    2
    3
    4
    1
    2
    3
    4
Then sort by column with numbers in, with second sort on any column with data in. Delete colum with numbers in.

    Hi,

I can't see where you have added the VBA code I gave you.

Of course one non macro way would be to put the numbers 3,6,9,12...etc in column B alongside your existing numbers, then starting in the row after your last number, in column B add the numbers 1,2,4,5,7,8,10,11,...etc for another 4000 rows, then just sort the two columns using column B as the key. This will probably be quicker than a macro.
