Name to be split into LName & FName

I have a field for entering Name (eg John Smith, G Richards etc). The names could be of varying lengths but will always have a blank between First/Last Name. I need to split the Last Name to a field called LName, and the First Name to field FName. Would appreciate any help I can get pls..

Where A1 is the cell with the name to operate on.
