Column A contains numerical values. I want to highlight all values that are less than 2. I have tried conditional formatting and works fine apart from the fact it highlights all empty cells. Is there a way to only highlight cells with a value and leave empty cells blank?
Try,
In the CF use
=and(A1<>"",A1<2)
or
=AND(A1>0,A1<2)
depending on whether the cell is truly empty

LOL, of course it is - "yeah right" ;-)
I grew up in Geraldine so I know that "always" is not quite true. In saying that though, I was in Geraldine & down at Aviemore from the 24th to the 2nd & it was FANTASTIC everyday.
