    Follow up question on changing color

    The formula to change the color of A3 based on the date of A2 equaling todays date workrd great, but I wasn't thinking ahead.
    I need it to stay red after the 30 days with the last formula it is only red on todays date. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Not sure if this is what you want

    Try: $A2>=Today()-30

    this will make the cell Red if the date in A2 is 30 days prior to day or sooner.
    Where there is a will there are many ways.

    No I have a entered date in A1, in A2 I have a formula to add 30 days to A1 and what I'm looking for is A3 to turn red on that 30th day and stay red.
    It's basically a visual reminder that the quote has expired. That way if you open the quote on say day 30-60 you will see the cell in red and know the quote will need to be refigured.

    I used conditional format in A3 =$A2=today() and that worked on day 30 but not day 31

    TRY
    =TODAY()>=(A1+30) Then as long as today is 30 or more days after a1 it will stay red

    FYI... not sure if it was your intent, but my formula will turn off the red after 60 days... as I interpreted from your info in Post # 3 and your other thread that I helped you on...
