Pivot Table Assistance Needed

Its difficult to describe in details what I am talking about so I snapped a screen shot:

I have 2 questions about how to improve the table/make it work for me. The last column doesn't work as desired and I don't know how to correct this problem with out causing another one.
The last column reflects the remaining balance in an account. The the subtotals for both "Primary" and "General" should be the minimum value remaining. This is correct so far as I changed the field value to be minimum. The issue here lies in the Total for "Last Name" for example Akaka. I want this field to be the total of the subtotals for both Primary and General. Instead it currently will find the minimum value in any field above it.

The other issue is the source of the data. Is it possible for a single pivot table to draw data from multiple sheets? I want the first pull down to choose the sheet as I have multiple sheets with lots of very similar data. I would rather not have double the amount of sheets to create a table for each one
