Pulling the value from a cell into a text cell

Hey all,

I've been searching around and I know what I want to do but I don't know what it's called in Excel. This is an example of what I want to do:

A1: "I am B2 years old"
B2: "22"

So it would show up as:

I am 22 years old

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
