create an indicator such as a moving arrow

Hi everyone,

I have to create a visual indicator in excel which allows the user to graphically see in a quick way the numeric value of a cell. I would really appreciate if someone could post some kind of code which allow me to create or move a certain amount of degrees for example an arrow depending on the value of a cell. Or if someone has a better idea I would be very much appreciate to hear about it.
