As you copied that down through column B or wherever, it'd take the row that it's placed in ROW() and increase it by 5. You may need to add in a + or - depending on where your start point is.Please Login or Register to view this content.

=IF(AND(OR(BLONDE,BRUNETTE,REDHEAD),OR(MY PLACE,HER PLACE),ME),BOW-CHICKA-BOW-WOW,ANOTHER NIGHT ON THE INTERNET)
Are you doing this manually? = Hold the CTRL key down while you select the cells.
Or are you trying to macro this out? If so...to what range and what do you want it to do afterwards?

Definitley trying to Macro it out.....I would like to then take the selected cells and move them to another sheet. which would have all of the 5th cells from the column on it.
in a spare column put =mod(row(),5) drag down then filter on whichever number lines up with your data. select visible cells, copy paste somewhere else
(to select visible cells, right click on tool bar, customise, edit, scrolldown to bottom of commands drag the visible cells icon to tool bar) once filtered click it then when you copy the column (or columns)you only get what you see.

If you're deadset on a macro, something like that would work. You could of course adjust the initial x and y to suit your target/destination if necessary. Please Login or Register to view this content.
