    Converting Time vs Work Units

I'm kinda new to excel and need some help on a formula.
I need to calculate Actual drive time and actual work time in units if 1 unit = 5 minutes.

Re: Converting Time vs Work Units

If A1 contains an Excel time representing length of time spent time working or driving (or anything else), then =round(a1 * 288, 0) returns the nearest number of 5-minute units.

I think that you will find that =round(a1 * 288, 0) will give a more accurate
    answer.
