count cells that meet criteria

Hi Guys,

No idea what I am missing on this formula. I want to count the number of cells in column O only if column H shows QAR 1.

=COUNTIF('Week of 0330 - Dashboard'!O2:O129, 'Week of 0330 - Dashboard'!H2:H129="QAR 2")

Any suggestion would be VERY appreciated!

=sumproduct(--(o5:o10<>0);--(h5:h10="qar 1"))

If you only want to COUNT, why make things difficult?

As your condition is ONLY on the H columns, =countif('Week of 0330 - Dashboard'!H2:H129,"QAR 2")

Yes, but I assume that he might have situation: if cell O is empty, don't count QAR 1 in row in H column
