Updating cell interior color between worksheets.

Have an excel 2003 project that requires four worksheets. Three are working monthly tracking sheets. The last is the data collecting quarterly summary sheet. Able to transfer and update all data and formulae to the summary sheet from the monthlys using standard cell formulas but unsuccessful in that regard to the cell interior cell colors. All the literature I've read says I need a macro to accomplish. The cells in question are multiple rows, ie "A1:AF1" and so on.

Post a sample file with little explanation and result which will help others to understand your problem ...... cell interior colors can be done with conditional formatting but i'm not clear what you exactly want .....
