    Color indicator

    Im trying to find a way if this function is possible!

    Example

    A1 B1 C1 D1
    Name Job Country Division Dropdown list
    Daniel Director Middle East Logistics New Joiner
    Transferred
    Termindated
    Resigned

    if I i click New Joiner on the dropdown list then Cell A1, B1, C1, and D1 will be colored to blue and if I click terminated on the dropdown list then the color will change to red.

    please help

    Select cells A1:D1 and go to Format|Conditional Formatting

    Select Formula Is from drop down menu and enter formula:

    =$A$1="New Joiner"

    where A1 contains your drop down list selection.

    Click Format and choose Blue from the pattern tab.

    Click ok.

    Click Add.

    Select Formula Is and enter formula: =$A$1="Terminated" (again where A1 contains list)

    Select Format and choose Red.
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
