    Day Intervals Formula

Hi, I am having some trouble with an excel formula and was hoping someone could help.

I am trying to compute automatically a list of the number of days (intervals) in between the particular dates (as shown in the spreadsheet).

The problem is quite difficult to explain without the spreadsheet.

The question is explained within the attachment.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Re: Day Intervals Formula

If we assume that you only have the dates in J to work with you could do something along the lines of:

    C7: =MIN($J$3:$J$100)
    D7: =MAX($J$3:$J$100)
    E7: =COUNT($J$3:$J$100)-1

Then using a little help on the way...

It would be better to store the date in A and the days in B
