Creating a list in 1 cell from listed values

I'm sure this is an easy one.

Say I have a list of numbers in a column, how do I populate 1 cell with these values.

Heres an example

Assuming your list is larger than your sample, you can download Morefunc.xll addin from here and use

=SUBSTITUTE(MCONCAT($A$1:$A$11," ")," ",",")

or you can apply this UDF:
