    List Box Formats

Hello, I am trying to apply color to my list box items to show up in my worksheet. On the sheet that contains my list box I have formated the cells with different colors for each list item, but when I pick from the drop down list in my worksheet the color does not appear. What am I doing wrong? I do understand that the actual list box is not going to be in color, but when I choose from the list I want the color to appear on the spreadsheet.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Re: List Box Formats

I would like for the sheet "Schedule" in columns Monday-Sunday cell C8.I41 when I select the list box "Shift" to appear in color. On the sheet "Shifts" cells A3-A20 and cells A25-A40 you will see are in color. When I select these items from my list box on the "Schedule" or on the position list box on the sheets "Monday-Sunday" column D4-D29 they do not appear in color. How do I program these to appear in color where the lists boxs are targeted?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Re: List Box Formats

I tried this and it on gives one color the shifts and position list box is color coded with different colors. If I copy paste special all it only shows one color. How do I get it to use the color of the specific item in the list?

    Thanks again!!

otherwise you will have to apply the same rules in the same way as you did the others to those cells
