    Conditional formatting problem

Is there any way to determine the colour of certain cells (for example, A1, B5, C11) by the value of another cell, for example F15?

So, for example, if the value of F15 is "R", i want the cells A1, B5, C11 to turn red.

    Is it possible?

    Thanks!
